Ashley weaves various styles of yoga, somatic movement and mindfulness to create organic practices for unwinding and regeneration.

Learning to listen to the sensations and signals of the body, exploring our connection to the Earth, honouring natural cycles and rhythm, inviting care, curiosity and playfulness in the way that we move and relate to ourselves and the world around us, and being an authority of our own body are values that Ashley always encourages in her classes.
